The well-established and reputable firm needed to bring in an experienced and polished VP of Sales (Player/Coach) to take over the department, implement new sales processes, recruit, hire, train, and motivate a team of reps to drive net new revenue. The company had a vast human resources network from which to hire from, but turned to DANA for its expertise in sales to identify and vet high performing candidates.

We provided a short list of equally qualified, driven Player/Coaches curated from the Software, SaaS and Market Research industries. The client was faced with a good problem: the challenge of choosing an individual from an outstanding group of candidates (their words, not ours) to make an offer. This VP continues to thrive today.
